Your better off walking around with a beeper because you won't be doing much talking on Sprint in alot of places due to really crappy service
On September 10th I stopped by the store to get some accessories and get some help with an issue with my phone... Narielle helped me and she gave me the most amazing experience and was very sweet, knowledgeable and extremely helpful... I would recommend going to this store to all my friends who are current Sprint customers and who are considering switching over from another wireless company...
better off talking to a rock with the customer service in sprint, not the people in the store mind you. I meant the bricks they hired when you first start to set up an account with them. 5 hours of my life will never come back to me, because of them and another 3 just to get my account wrong and having me and my ex's mother paying for the same damn phone.
Great experience! I was helped by Heath and would always recommend him/sprint. Love the way Sprint treats their customers. And they were very helpful setting me up with a new account.
