I own 5 cars that they WILL NOT BE TOUCHING !
They sold me set of 4 and i paid leaving son & his car.
3 people standing in circle at desk ignoring customers. Parked his car and noted service bay was empty( i know WHY now !)
Took my sons car in for tires yesterday.
Never again.
I took my car off the rack. Had them put old tires back on rims & left !
The CORRECT SIZE TIRES which were smaller and narrower, somehow cost MORE MONEY !
Terrific, everyone was helpful and willing to help. The cashier (Jenny) smiled and was very cheerful. Member service representative (Jackie) was very pleasant to talk to as well.
The staff in the auto department were very professional and rendered service in a speedy rate and very thorough. I appreciated the accuracy of their service. Thank you very much.
2 1/2 HOURS TO FIGURE OUT THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG SIZE TIRES !

Im through with Sams in Houma.
I love this place! They always have everything we want and more!!! We can't come in here and walk out with just the stuff that we had on the shopping list, there is always those extras that you see and just have to get for yourself or someone you know. The stock is always rotating so every time you go into the store it's something new to see and it will always be interesting. That's why my wife and I go there at least once a week to see what's NEW!!
They offered B.F. GOODRICH. I then asked about Pirellis which were $80.00 CHEAPER WITH 10K MORE WARRANTY.( after they swore the other tires were cheapest.)
They tried to sell me the RIGHT size tires over phone.only pushing the B.F. GOODRICH I DID NOT WANT ONCE AGAIN !
Management needs to have a focus meeting.
Bought set of tires for another vehicle there in April, they were great then. Bought a $140.00 battery the night before for an auction car.
Finally got help. Asked for best deal on tires.
I had to return to Sams missing work( i could have put tires on 5 cars in 2 1/2 hours !)
Now for the icing on the cake !
You CAN'T run a business like what was experienced yesterday !
Dont buy tires at Sams in Houma !
Good way to kill your business Sams !
