Excellent service. Our room was good. Clean, though showing a little wear in some minor places (tub faucet was loose for example). Standard hotel breakfast was tasty. Would stay again.
The appearance and amenities were fine, however my biggest issue was with the front desk. There are a couple different front desk employees but one in particular is unfriendly and I was afraid to ask her questions because she acted like I was disrupting her. I assume she wasn’t just having a bad day because this was her attitude every day we stayed there. A front desk employee provides first impressions and customer service needs to be their strong suit (IMO).

The rooms were very clean and updated. The service was top of the line and the hotel was right where I needednto be in town
