The staff was absolutely amazing I stayed there 2 nights do to having day surgery. The cook was friendly she had a big smile. Front desk workers was very helpful and friendly they went beyond their duties to make me comfortable. Upon leaving my car wouldn’t start the battery is down The front desk lady wouldn’t stop until she found someone to boost my car . We got it going again I’m happy for that . We drove 5 hours for surgery it makes a big difference when people care. Thanks for the hospitality I’d say to anyone if your looking for a nice quiet place this is it . Thank you Fairfield staff each and everyone of you touched me . I know your bosses will be glad to see you guys are doing a great job
I give them 5 stars for customer service alone. We were staying at the Marriott, a sister location and it started raining and the indoor pool was closed. The manager and staff let my friends and our kids go swim at their indoor pool for the remainder of our day. They even came conversate and check on us occassionally. Never had nicer staff anywhere! I've stayed here before and will definitely come back. Thanks again.
Staff was nice. Taylor was efficient in checking me in, and the breakfast attendant -didnt catch her name :( -was very helpful with my two kiddos. The beds were a little firmer than I personally care for. There was a light shining into our room from the parking lot that was very bright, however with the curtains drawn it had little effect.
Very nice and clean. Professional personal and nice breakfast buffet in the morning.
Should not be part of Marriott brand because you will have high expectations and will be disappointed as soon as you pass the lobby and see the little elevator, old carpet and small room that also smells bad.
Didn't like my stay there...place is old and room smelled pretty bad. Great employees, good breakfast and room rate not expensive. Will not stay there again.
