House keeping needs to be replaced. On check in, the linens on the bed had not been changed. There was pubic hair and blood stains on the sheets. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room. The receptionist was very nice and quickly gave me a new room. The new room had clean linens, but I found floss on the floor by the bed, and when taking a shower I noticed the tub was grimy. Not a tub that was old with stains, but clearly residue that had not been cleaned. Will not be staying at this hotel again.
Lots of Mold in shower and a couple stray hairs on one of the queen beds. But cheap and we're accommodating in expanding breakfast hours for early check out. Personnel good but poor process/rigor on cleanliness
The check in clerk was VERY friendly and nice. Room was clean and comfortable. had a great stay. parking lot is a little small.
Bathrooms are nasty and moldy. Asked for mine to be cleaned and it didn't get done. I should have moved out but wasn't smart enough. When I returned to my room the next day from meetings, the maid hadn't cleaned my room and took the do not disturb sign and placed it outside my door. Guess they thought they didn't have to clean the room if the sign was hanging up. I called the front desk and complained. Told them I was checking out early. Never again staying at a La Quinta.
I am very impressed. This hotel has such a fresh design and caries such a comfortable feeling. Very clean and I had a restful night sleep.
