Nice and clean. No problems at all other than the design being bad. Main entrance and front desk is in the middle. Elevator is at the end. A lot of walking! Breakfast was good. The patio is a nice place to relax and watch t.v.
Customer Service is great! This place makes you feel @ home because of the cleanliness of the environment, it has an awesome workout center, a private business center, a basketball court, & barbecue grills out by the pool! I absolutely love their environment
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! I am not the one who plays the race card, but I honestly feel like that was the case from the moment I first checked in. To make a long story short, I was accused of having a party at the premises. Instead of listening to facts Jenna rathered arguing with me over what she assumed then preceded to call the GM. I was unaware you are not allowed to have visitors when you are staying at a hotel. My daughter wanted to swim is why I booked the hotel room. Her & another friend was the only kids that was sleeping in the room. I agreed to let some of her other friends come over so they could sing happy birthday & have piece of cake being her ACTUAL party was the FOLLOWING DAY OUT OF TOWN and some of them could not make it. Not to mention I received a delivery that I was completely unaware of, because Jenna refused to let the person come up to my room. Jenna said that she would bring the delivery up, which she did not. I had to go downstairs to get it after the delivery had been sitting at the front desk for two hours that I was completely unaware of. Then she( Jenna) preceded to lie and say the lady making the delivery said that it was for a party at this establishment. The GM called and asked me to leave which I gladly did. I rather spend my money where I am welcomed at!
Staff was super friendly. You basically get 2 rooms for 1 price. Very clean and accomdating. Absolutely in my top 2 favorite places to stay. Love it!!
Great hotel, clean, well-maintained. Staff particularly warm and friendly. Only disappointment - corporate office decided to end the evening dinners (which sold me on this hotel chain) and replace them with basically happy hour munchies. If I wanted that, I'd go to a sports bar.
