Roomy building, but it needs updating. The women's bathroom on the first floor leaves something to be desired, but it's clean. There parking lot in the front doesn't drain well during storms, and there is rarely enough parking. Also sometimes the air conditioning isn't working like it should. Not bad. Just needs improvement.
Having held many meetings in the Atrium, I have always found it to be clean (especially the bathrooms) and orderly and providing of our needs. We've only had great experiences there.
