Absolute trash, i was told i was buying 18k gold yet its only 10k gold. They con people out of their money and lie to you in your face. Absolute utter garbage this store and these people are.
I'm not sure of his 1st name, so I call him Mr Goldman, my fiancee and I have been to him several times over the years for everything from jewelry to repairs on stuff we may have gotten elsewhere. Never had a problem with any of his jewelry's quality, just bought a bracelet from him. He has great prices and is always a pleasure to speak with. Hope to do more business with him very soon! I'm telling ya, forget Zale's and the other places around town, you can't beat him for price and quality, and nobody touches him in customer service. Nowhere else in this town knows me by my 1st name except this man, and unlike so many places, he honors his word and makes sure you walk away a happy customer. And what's bad is I don't even know his name!
