Brought my wife's ring in to have a diamond fixed cause I bought a warranty but they never told my I had to bring it in to be cleaned every six months and now they want me to pay for it

Bought a ring November of 2015. One of the diamond fell out twice. The second time it was repaired the diamond looked different than the other ones. After complaining they agreed to order me a new ring. Told me 6weeks. Its been just over 3Mo still not in. 3weeks ago we stopped in to check on it. The Manager said he would check and call me the following day. Never did. When I stopped in to check today Spoke to the same manager. All he had was excuses and said he would call me. I flat out told him no he wouldnt. I will never spend another dime at a Gordon's ever again.Poor workman ship, horrible service. Have never felt so unimportant in my life. Do not buy jewelry from these horrible people. What a rip off
Love this store! Friendly knowledgeable staff! The manager there ..he is so helpful and willing to help out with issues. Will keep my business here.
