Picking up the car was not a problem getting my security deposit back for the gas was next to impossible. I will never rent from Hertz again.
I spend thousands of dollars a year on Hertz car rentals, and this location was not willing to keep the business open an extra 15 minutes. Would never return my phone calls requesting an exception, acted disrespectful and as if they don't care for my business. No problem Grayson, you won't ever get it again.

Won’t hold a car, even if you have a reservation
The most unprofessional hertz location in the United States. Did not had car ready for the reservation time... had to walk a mile to get a car in Houma jet center that did not give me a record number or anything.... went to the location again and all personnel was out for lunch... when I got to my drop of location, they told me nothing was entered in to the system... took me 4 hours to get everything sorted.
