this branch is terrible. it needs a new staff or management or something. not very helpful at all. i will use the other office next time for sure.
This is my favorite place to rent a car from. The customer service is the best here!
Decent customer service. My only complaint is they used to pick up the cars from the PHII Terrebone airport and now they don't. Which leaves anybody going there stranded because check-in is usually at five in the morning when Enterprise is closed.
I do rent from Enterprise often, I've always had great customer service. The team at the Prospect location are always busy but manager to get their customer taken care of.
EX: Same car I reserved for $22 on Tuesday was the same car that was $46 on Wednesday. Again, do your homework early!
speedometer is in kilometers and miles are shown too small to realize what mph you are driving. i'm sure I aggravated a number of other drivers. this inferiority is not disclosed at all. not in the contact you sign and it's not even disclosed verbally. i'm sure the police car tailing me realized the problem enterprise rental car is having. no doubt he or she ran a scan on the plate.
If you are interested in renting, plan EARLY! Prices are outrageous if you wait until a few weeks ahead. CHECK THEIR WEBSITE OFTEN! The best deals can be found but it takes work.
