Outstanding experience. Was able to take the vehicle to a shop to get inspected and came back with clean bill. Very helpful getting the paperwork together for registering in a different state since I am not from Louisiana. Great costumer service and provided some helpful tips on maintaining some of the systems on newer diesel trucks. Would recommend to a friend
Very unprofessional. Man never got off phone. Website says will work with bad credit or no credit. Have half down. You 've talked to these people by phone over 2 weeks. Go and essentially get left outside, walk in to see if you can look in the vehicle and finally the person still on the phone gets you the keys. Stands outside watching you the whole time, still on phone mind you. Finally walks up to you still on phone and tells you he won't finance the vehicle...what the hell was the last 2 weeks for?!?! Didn't even bother to get off phone to say it, continues on with his conversation, like we were dogshit on his loafers.
We've been searching for a second car. Witch would mean a 3rd loan (truck and house) no one would help us out! Even with perfect credit it seemed hopeless. Until we stumbled upon these guys!!! So very thankful!! We got a great car at an amazing price! He went above and beyond for us!!
The friendliness and helpfulness are lackluster to say the least. I had picked out an SUV I wanted before I even got there - the only good and affordable vehicle on the lot. I didn't want to use their financing, and they wouldn't take or use any outside financing - even though I was pre-approved. The guy pressured me to use his financing and didn't seem to want to get out of his seat. He wouldn't even let me sit in his chair to get my insurance set up. The girl working there didn't seem to know much about anything to do with the cars. It was well over 90 degrees and I wasn't even offered a bottle of water. I bought the SUV because I wanted it, but they didn't even fill my tank. They aren't a good dealership at all. it was a major hassle, and 99% of their cars are either way overpriced or POS. Go to almost any dealer over this one if you can.
