Absolutely terrible. They would not work with you on a deal whatsoever. Seriously they expected me to pay sticker, acted all upset when I tried to talk them even a couple of hundreds lower. They told me take either $50 off sticker or walk away. Which is exactly what I did. They had no interest in working with you. I will never ever purchase from here. Unbelievably terrible customer service.

sale department customer service are great, have one of the best car buying experience with Don Paul & Derek. On the other side the Service department need improvement. not so great overall, not very friendly in the service dep. Had a issue with my new Tacoma, and they said the issue was normal, finally got the issue fix at another dealership in Baton Rouge that took time to listen to you. great dealer to buy a vehicle but not service it.
This place has some of the best car salesman I've ever experienced. All the vehicles that were shown to me were very clean, and the few that i had test drove, drove perfectly fine with no misses, taps, bumps, or anything. Every little thing about this place was very professional and very organized. The outside, the inside, and even the bathroom was spotless. Also had a popcorn machine and coffee for visiting customers. 5 star 100% hands down without a doubt! Go team Toyota!
