Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. And I have been to a lot. Worked at 2 so i know how employees are suppose to act and how drinks are suppose to be made. This place is horrible but it is the only one in town. Never know if I'll get the right drink or not. Mostly not.
Service is always excellent. However, I spent time in Europe and their coffees are not authentic. They are simply marketing tools.
Stood in the store for almost 20 min for my order. Very slow. I can say there were atleast 20 15 people waiting for their order and nearly 10 cars in drive thru..and only 1 guy making coffee while 3 taking orders.
The people in the drive thru are always friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items. Our wait is usually 5-10 mins, but it's worth it.
You can tell the staff really enjoy what they do. They are not affraid to strike up a conversation. They even have live musicians that play on occasion! It can get really loud sometimes, in the afternoon, so if you are looking for a quiet place to study then go in the morning.
