My child was told that she needed to start back over in the 1st grade. Cheyenne has always been a strait A student so of course we needed a 2nd opinion. She did a test with her new online school and the results were excellent. In Ready she scored a 202 and the highest possible was a 205, in Math she scored a 187 and the highest possible was a190. This test was at a 3rd grade level and is taken throughout the U.S. and Cheyenne is in 97th comparison range. I guess the 3 months that my child was there wasn't long enough for them to experience the joy and intelligence of this Little 8 year old girl. She starts fourth grade next week. Thank you M.M.S. if it wasn't for your mistake then my child may have been left behind, but thanks to you ALL Cheyenne is excelling thought school and not coming home crying every day because of being talked down to. I am so glad we got her out of there.
One of the most amazing learning experience I have ever seen. 18 month old babies pouring milk without spilling, 3 year old toddlers multiplying triple digital digits, high school students creating electricity. Everyone needs to tour Messiah Montessori and see for themselves what children are capable of learning. A revolutionary way of learning!
Very disapointed. Children basically teach themselves with very little help.from the teachers. Paid a substantial fee to opt. Out so.my little one did not have to return next year. There are quite a few parents doing the same. The board of education should check into the methodology of this facility putting a child's education first. My little one actually went backwards in the 3 months she was there. Went from strait A, principals list.
