Extremely unprofessional, agent repeatedly lied to cover her mess-ups, posted old listing with outdated information, severe lack of communication...took 5+ days to set appointments then missed appointments with no call/no text/no show. Mona eventually got involved but made excuses for agent's behavior.
Bought a house from Mona Christian that she had flipped...we have run into many issues from our "redone" home. From DUCK TAPE holding pipes together for our sewage drain and to finding plastic grocery bags that were used to SEAL AN EXTERIOR DOOR. Just having to replace our NEW master bathtub due to no support because it's falling through our floor. Also having to replace our French doors because she put interior doors as exterior doors. I'm sure we will find much more because we are still in the process of fixing all of her half ass high price reconstruction. Obviously her team of contractors are a huge joke. Highly discourage anyone using her services.
