HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT YOU COULD NOT DELIVER TO A BUSINESS THAT IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 10 -9 AND SAY THAT WE WERE CLOSED AT 4:30 DID YOU EVEN GET OUT YOU TRUCK?????????????????????
Said it was going to be delivered on the 7th and it is now the 10th and still not delivery, who is running that location?
The actual post office is always full of people when I go in there (inbetween 230 pm and 4pm) and they only have one person working. She is very nice and is pretty fast. She's always smiling and very polite even people conplain to her about being short staffed.
I never really know when my mail is going to arrive; some days it's before I get home from work, but sometimes it's closer to 4pm. I would appreciate some consistency.
