There was no airflow on our Daikon AC at 2:30 am. I called Doug's and Daniel arrived within 20 minutes. He went into the attic and noticed a relay on the Control Board was bad. He installed a new Control Board and immediately the AC unit was back on line. He was at our home just for 35 minutes to resolve this issue. This is not the first time Daniel resolved issues with our AC. He is very knowledgeable, polite & always explains what he did to resolve our problems.

The technician was very nice and helpful. He explained everything and was very courteous. A+ for him. The office was sent 2 notices of a follow up visit, scheduled by him, for the following Tuesday at 9:00. Another technician was to come and do a complete analysis of my system so I could decide whether or not to buy a new air conditioner/heater. Days later, no one has called or come. I am no longer interested.
