sooooo i spent $17 expecting my food to be correct, but my pasta wasn't in a bread bowl like i ordered, and both my pasta AND lava cakes were carelessly made. dissssappointeddd.
Ordered a sandwich and a pasta at 6:50 pm on a Friday night. While watching the domino's tracker, it took 30 minutes after my food was prepared, for them to actually put it in the oven. Then, it still took another 30 minutes before they had it ready for delivery. So, apparently it sat out of the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes after being cooked too. I called them to see why it was taking so long, and all they would say was that they were really busy. I asked that if they were so busy, how did my food get prepared right away, but then sit for 30 minutes. They did not have any answer, all they would say was that it was heading out the door, an hour after I ordered it. Finally about after an hour and 10 minutes, I got my order. The place is about a one minute drive from where I was at the time.
Ordered a pan pizza and was disappointed. It was more bread than cheese or sauce.
Horrible service and the food leaves a lot to be desired. My pizza was burnt and the wing order was wrong. Twice now I have been dissatisfied
I live 5 miles away on the same road as the store is located and they can't deliver here. Are they afraid they will get lost?
