After ruining my comforter their solution was to "put it back in the machine and see what happens". Very disappointed in the service.
my wife brought in a Burberry tie to be cleaned. During the process they put a hole in the tie. The did not replace tie or give adequate compensation. We have used this cleaners for 15 years. Business had recently been sold to new owners. I will no longer use this cleaners or recommend it .
