I was told in the mail I would receive some forms. Apparently they didn't come. So they tried email, which they didn't come. In the wnd we had to go to the office. She helped us get settled on the forms.
In the end I received my check. Overall, for the money paid, I highly recommend them for total coverage. However, when it comes to forms, it's for the best to do that in person and come here.
