I am very upset with how Lowes does business. Their employees at the Houma,La store suck and most that I spoke with are very rude. The online service is a straight up LIE. When I made my order, it was to be ready for pickup on Specific Date.and its days after and my order hasn't reached the store yet.This is totally not "easy peasy" as they say on there website. I asked for a discount on my order and "The Store Manager" said she don't have authority to that.... Yes you can. Y'all did not honor what y'all put online. I ordered it from y'all because of the date that it was " It so called was ready for. Y'all got my money since March 1st and still don't have my stove
Where do i begin? My hubby and i looking at boards 5/8 thick 8' long 6" wide above head. So he had surgery wed neck fusion, im raising this board over my head to put back up 2 lowes workers pass us 1 walking the other riding DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT US. So we get our 2 boards check out. Put them in the SUV, 5th they were a little too long so he goes to get a string, he's trying to cut the sting there's 3 workers there 1 looks at my hub, makes hand juster for the others to look cause he couldnt cut it and laughs. I am so disappointed in humans how insensitive and childish they are. But the workers are surely up the contractors butt to help able bodied men. Shame
