Normally well stocked but. You better be ready to wait in line like most Wal-Mart stores, this store acts like they can't afford to have more than 3 registers open plus self check out. They have a manager at this store white female she is very very rude. I don't know if I've ever come across anyone as rude as she is
Store hiding when we went by we located Murray USA. Had what we was looking for. Nice greeting at the door but no assistance. We did find what we was looking for

I ordered a 6ft silver tinsel tree online to pick up same day at store. It took them all of about 30 seconds to take the money from my account but emailed me to say don't head to store yet that my order was being processed. No problem though it was only 10:30am and I was in no rush that minute. By 6pm still no word it was ready. Next day did an online chat with a rep who said because it was my 1st online order (which was in fact FALSE) they had to verify my identity but assured me my order was fulfilled. I'd hear back in less than 12 hours to pick up! NOPE! 3rd day called customer service and was told there was no tree availability anywhere that's why it wasn't ready! No one bothered to call or email to inform me. I called the store manager directly to complain and told him I wanted the display. He stated they don't do that til after the season which made no sense because there was no tree to be purchased except the display. He said call me back in 15 minutes which I did and was told my tree was at the service desk. Well a little while ago I opened the box to decorate for a specific decor for an extremely important event and what do you know ITS THE WRONG TREE IN THE BOX OF THE TREE I ORDERED! What I don't understand is why when I picked up the tree I went to see if they gave me the display. Not only was the correct tree on display but there were 3 others on the shelf IN STOCK! So why all the run around and problems filling my pickup order from jump?!!!!! I feel like no one could be bothered! And by the way, the tree I got was a display because there was flock from other trees all over it and in the box! I will be bringing this INCORRECT tree back along with the $200 worth of ornaments back to the store but I think I'll wait until the very last day allowed so they can't get full price for it when they try to resell it! THANKS WALMART HOUMA LA ON ML KING BLVD FOR YET ANOTHER SCREW UP!
