I wish I had details to share but they can't even answer the phone at 9:45am on a regular Wednesday for me to make an appointment......that's wonderful customer service already.
I went there today & the dentist had a very nasty attitude. He didnt want to answer any of my questions. He sent his assistant to come & tell me what he should have come to tell me. So when i told her to go get him he just was brushing me off. Then as i go back up front i hear him talking very disrespectful to the ladies who work in there for him. I also heard him say "just tell her what she will have to pay because i am not trying to be in here all day" as i looked around the secretaries looked scared. He is the little short Vietnamese looking guy. Plus he gave me this bogus price & refused to do what i came there for. Told me go find another doctor. So thats what i will do. And make sure everybody i know knows not to go there.
If you plan on going to Louisiana Dental Center in Houma -I strongly suggest you demand your appointment to see Dr. Reynolds. Even if you’re going in just a for cleaning and check up- ask for your appointment to be with Dr. Reynolds. He is caring and compassionate for his patients unlike some other doctor in that office. His treatment for you will be accurate. He is not just about money. Most of all- Dr. Reynolds will honestly treat you. He is an awesome doctor and I can’t say that about all of them!
