Store staying open late for holiday hours, 11pm in fact. Yet here I was, being "one of those" people who walk in just minutes before close. And that's after staff spent the day with a busier than usual constant influx of Christmas shopping customers. "Hi, welcome to Old Navy" I was greeted with. Feeling guilty, I replied "Imma just be on and out really quick. I just need to buy a gift card". Ali helped me with the gift card purchase and ended up chatting with me about Super Cash, text deals, and that they may have some skinny jeans I asked about. Ali took time to show me some steals on Clearance; no skinny jeans but lots of tees, henleys, and activewear. The Christmas carol declares, "It's the most wonderful time of the year". But I bet those working in retail don't think it's so "wonderful". But you couldn't tell it at Old Navy in Houma, Louisiana on a Thursday night, way too close to closing. Just friendly, cheerful and legit helpful service. Ali rocks!
