I'm a recently new owner of a Mercedes Benz and I quickly found out how expensive the maintenance on the car could be if you bring it to the dealership. So I have Witty's and try and found excellant, reliable service for half the cost of the price gouging dealership. I would definetly recommend them to a friend.
Place saved me! Place was very backed up but fixed my initiation coil and but me back on the road within 15 minutes! Very honest. Miracle I found the place right before I broke down.

Fair pricing
I paid him $90 for diagnostic fee and did not get a list of the parts and labor needed to be addressed, he got angry when i asked for the list, all he told me was $1200 to fix thermostats and few hoses, i asked about how long it would take, he said 6-7 hrs labor and charges $85 and hour which is roughly $550 for labor and parts are around $150 but he does markup on parts to make his cut, this is a crooked businessman, HE CHARGED ME MORE THAN DEALERSHIP WOULD
