I've never been dissatisfied but do not come here often enough to give a legit review.
I rather enjoy taking trips here, I'll be honest thou I hardly ever buy anything. I'll flip through the pages of the monster manual or players handbook before leaving or looking for what books I should download. I treat this place much like I treat Redbox machines just to getting an idea of what to get later. I will say that the staff there is good and if you don't know what to get somebody and are considering a book, you can trust their suggestions. Assuming you have well mannered children, I strongly recommend bringing them by regularly to let them read.
A great book store, although they did not have the Pokemon Book Collection # 15 - # 22. Was disappointed. Did get it through Amazon on Prime for Cheaper.
