I'm fairly new to the bicycling scene, and Rod helped me with a few things I needed and a few things I thought I wanted. He actually advised me to NOT purchase something from his shop that I thought I wanted because it would have resulted in me wasting money. That's when he earned my trust and respect. I'll be bringing my bike (Cervelo S2) in this week for a check-up and possible repair. He says the turn-around time will be a day or two. That makes me happy too!
Very unprofessional attitude .showed up door locked. called and no answer. Left and he called back with smart comment. Because we wouldn't go back .will never get my buiseness
Very best bike shop I've ever dealt with. My husband and I needed certain bikes, and the owner found them for us, and even fit us to them with personal adjustments! Professional, courteous, friendly and as knowledgeable as they come. I will never go anywhere else, and I live 2 hours away.
When visiting relatives we stop in at B and G. Always receptive and has taken time to work with us in shippong bikes to Oklahoma.
